According to Martin Balaam, CEO and co-founder of Pimberly, as the workforce grows increasingly reliant on AI to solve both simple and complex problems, and as AI evolves from a supporting tool to the primary driver of departmental strategy, the core “know-how” of the business begins to erode.
Balaam told Techopedia:
“Individuals and teams risk losing their basic purpose: to think and create. Instead, they may default to becoming “worker bees” of AI-generated suggestions.”
