Bio

Jayant is the Founder and CEO of CLARA analytics ("CLARA"). He started CLARA with the mission of enabling the next generation of commercial claims operations using easy-to-use AI products. He is obsessed with helping the commercial insurance industry at large by driving down claims leakage through highly targeted, best-of-breed solutions that have deep AI behind the scenes but are a joy to use. Prior to founding CLARA, Jayant was part of the executive team at LeanTaaS that built it into a powerhouse in healthcare and insurance analytics. He was part of the executive team at LeanTaaS that successfully converted it from a services company to a products-focused company increasing the value by 7x over a 3 year horizon.Prior to LeanTaaS, Jayant had worked at McKinsey, Deloitte, and i2 Technologies.Jayant graduated with honors with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business majoring in Finance and Strategy, was in the Dean's list with an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and has a B. Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
