Jeff Bayntun

Manager, Customer Success


Customers, technology and innovation are at the heart of Jeff’s daily life. As Simba’s lead on customer success, he builds relationships with key technical contacts among Simba partners, enterprise customers and prospects to support them in deriving value from our data and application connectivity solutions. In turn, this powers up the value of our partners’ solutions and our customers’ enterprise applications, which in turn drives adoption and growth of Simba Products.

With a strong technical, customer-facing and management background, Jeff partners not only with Simba customers, but also with Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Marketing to enable Simba to adapt to changing market demands as well as recognize and effectively pursue new market, segment, product and customer opportunities. In addition to his work with Simba as Sales Engineering Manager and Sales Engineer, Jeff has served as Developer in Test at SAP. He attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, majoring in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering.
