Tim Johns has worked in the IT sector for the past 35+ years with industry experience ranging from Healthcare to Financial. Through his previous experience, he has had the opportunity to work diligently with regulatory laws including HIPAA/HITECH, GLBA/SOX/FISMA, and utilize ISO 27001 and NIST principles as they pertained to his position. Even though his last 21 years of experience have been in management, he has kept his technical skill-set up to date by continuing to be “hands-on” with each of his positions.

As an Information Technology professional with management experience in the IT industry, Johns learned that the best way to achieve success was to motivate the resources he had with well-defined objectives and empowerment. A management belief based on integrity, quality, and service, along with a positive attitude, an aptitude for strategic thought and planning, and the ability to adapt quickly to new ideas and situations allows Johns to achieve consistent and significant successes in multiple industries.
