This includes calls made, deals bagged, and the revenue they’ve generated, fostering a competitive environment and ultimately enabling better overall sales performance.
Each sales rep can also customize their dashboard to show their daily tasks and overall performance. We found this was great for pinpointing top sales reps and anyone needing some guidance.
You can get a granular look at the gamification process, too, with the help of custom reports that are automatically delivered to your email. This includes campaign and revenue reports, for example.
It also includes unique ones, like Funnel and Cohort Analysis, which shows how many leads are in each stage of the sales funnel. Overall, we found all of this quite intuitive and user-friendly.
The entire sales process is reliant on your contacts – the more you have, the more leads you’re likely to generate. Agile CRM comes with a built-in contact manager to store each leads’:
- Score (how likely they are to convert into buyers)
- Information (cell number, email, etc.)
- Social media profiles
- Communication history with your business
- Related information
This is known as 360-degree Contact View and is updated in real-time to ensure your sales reps have the latest information on a lead before following up.
The platform also offers contact timeline views, which show the history of interactions with each client. This includes when emails were sent or opened, for example.
Automatic Lead Scoring
Lead scoring, as you likely know, is the process of ranking leads based on points assigned to them for different actions. For example, you can assign a point to leads that open your email.
You can decide what actions result in a specific score, and then Agile CRM automates the entire process for you through IF/THEN automation. This makes it one of the best sales CRMs.
One example is that once the system finds a lead that’s scored enough points to be considered as “qualifying”, it sends them over to the sales representative most suitable to handle the lead.
The rep can view all the leads’ interactions in the 360 Degree Contact View to ensure they have the latest information, including all interactions with your company.

Moreover, HubSpot, for instance, offers a whopping 1,000+ options. Overall, this alone isn’t a big issue, it all depends on your specific needs and whether the plan in question lets you integrate with them.

Agile CRM has mixed reviews online, however, on Trustpilot, it’s overwhelmingly positive, with a rating of 4.8/5 — with 91% of Agile CRM reviewers giving it a 5-star rating.
Among these, is praise for the helpful Agile customer support team. Another key USP Agile CRM reviews highlight is its ease of use and setup, which is reiterated on G2, as well, where it boasts 4 stars.
