We were quite amazed by just how much was on offer at no cost at all, making it easily among the best free CRMs for startups. You even get unlimited deals, tasks, and documents.

HubSpot CRM also offers a free plan, but we found that it isn’t as extensive as this one. You even get 5,000 emails with Agile CRM’s free plan, whereas HubSpot limits the free version to 2,000.

The Starter plan includes everything in the free plan, plus two-way email integration, marketing automation, and social monitoring. You also get 10,000 contacts, which is 10x that of the free plan.

Although there’s not a world of difference between this plan and the free one, you’ll need to upgrade when your customer base grows beyond 1,000, and you need more contact storage capabilities.

Overall, even if you opt for monthly billing ($14.99/month) or an annual subscription ($9.99), it’s still more affordable than competitors like Salesforce, which starts at $25.

Notable features missing from this plan include mobile marketing and some telephony technology, including call recording and automated voicemails.

Overall, this plan includes almost everything most businesses need. That said, campaign workflows and automation rules are capped at 10, and this plan also lacks call recording and mobile marketing.

From unlimited contact storage to call recording and automated voicemail, this plan has it all — almost everything on offer is uncapped. Plus, you get an onboarding coach.

It’s also worth noting that this plan is far more economical than many of its rivals. For example, even on the $450/month HubSpot plan, you can only create up to 15 sales pipelines per account.

In contrast, Agile allows unlimited deals. In fact, as we noted above, this plan offers unlimited everything besides nodes per campaign (50), integrations (50+), and daily API calls (25,000).

Similarly, for Salesforce’s Enterprise plan, you’re looking at $165/month — per user.

There’s no doubt that Agile CRM has a lot to love — with ample being on offer for free. Having tested other leading CRM apps, here are the standout features we found during our Agile CRM review.

Each sales rep can also customize their dashboard to show their daily tasks and overall performance. We found this was great for pinpointing top sales reps and anyone needing some guidance.

You can get a granular look at the gamification process, too, with the help of custom reports that are automatically delivered to your email. This includes campaign and revenue reports, for example.

It also includes unique ones, like Funnel and Cohort Analysis, which shows how many leads are in each stage of the sales funnel. Overall, we found all of this quite intuitive and user-friendly.

The entire sales process is reliant on your contacts – the more you have, the more leads you’re likely to generate. Agile CRM comes with a built-in contact manager to store each leads’:

This is known as 360-degree Contact View and is updated in real-time to ensure your sales reps have the latest information on a lead before following up.

The platform also offers contact timeline views, which show the history of interactions with each client. This includes when emails were sent or opened, for example.

Lead scoring, as you likely know, is the process of ranking leads based on points assigned to them for different actions. For example, you can assign a point to leads that open your email.
