When & Where is The International 2024?
The International 2024 will take place from September 4-15, 2024, at the Royal Arena in Copenhagen, Denmark.
More specifically, group stage and playoffs occur from September 4-10, while the concluding International Finals are scheduled for September 13-15.

How Do Teams Qualify for the Dota 2 International?
There are two ways teams can secure a place at The International 2024.
The first is through direct invitation, which is often based on performance in other major Dota 2 tournaments throughout the year. Teams that made it through this way are:

- Xtreme Gaming
- Team Falcons
- Team Liquid
- Gaimin Gladiators
- BetBoom Team
The remaining teams wishing to compete at The International esports tournament must navigate the Regional Qualifiers. Here, ten slots are available, distributed across various global regions as follows:
- China and North America: 3 slots
- Eastern Europe and South America: 3 slots
- Southeast Asia and Western Europe: 4 slots
The qualification process begins with the Open Qualifiers, which are open to any team in the respective regions. These took place between June 3rd and June 8th.
Following the Open Qualifiers, the Regional Qualifiers occurred as per the following schedule:
