Brooks Koepka was among the LIV pioneers, accepting a reported $130 million in 2022 to jump from the PGA Tour to the Saudi-backed, upstart golf league and quickly improving upon his net worth.

Koepka was at his on-course best at the time, having won the US Open in 2017 and 2018 and the PGA Championship in 2018 and 2019, while enjoying a run of 47 consecutive weeks as the world’s No. 1-ranked golfer.

His move to LIV was met with plenty of controversy, but Koepka has since won three tournaments, including his third PGA Championship title, in May 2023.

Brooks Koepka Net Worth

Brooks Koepka’s net worth is reportedly between $60 million and $70 million, helped in no small part by the one-time payment of $130 million to join the LIV tour.

The West Palm Beach, Fla., native and his wife, Jena, have a young son and high hopes for Koepka’s golf career.

Koepka’s on-course earnings have topped the $50 million mark, so, complemented by several significant sponsorship endorsement agreements, it’s safe to assume Koepka has a nice cushion already in place.

Salary & Career Earnings

Brooks Koepka’s historic, back-to-back US Open victories in 2017 and 2018 vaulted him to the top of the world rankings and drove his career earnings to lofty heights.

Forbes listed his career earnings at $66 million in 2023, but with continued success on the golf course (Koepka is the fourth betting choice for the Masters beginning April 11, 2024), Koepka figures to push that number into nine figures by the time he’s done playing.

His 2023 earnings reached a reported $5 million from the PGA Tour and nearly $18 million from LIV Golf.

A true golfing star who is only 33 years old, Koepka has an impressive history that includes being the world’s No. 1-ranked golfer for parts of 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Brooks Koepka LIV Tour Money

Koepka’s LIV decision was divisive, no doubt, but he honestly explained his position in an interview with boxer and social influencer Jake Paul late in 2023.

“I’m gonna be honest with you: I signed for the dough,” he said.

“I’m 100 percent behind that. Tomorrow I can go get in a car accident and never play golf again and my family’s taken care of. And that was a big thing for me, like, I’m not doing it for anything else.”

The Saudi-backed LIV Golf League brought Koepka aboard in June 2022 with a reported four-year contract offer of $100 million.

A big share of the controversy stemmed from Koepka’s position that he wasn’t among the fortunate players who came from family money, and therefore remains unapologetic for accepting the cash from LIV.

Endorsements & Sponsors

Brooks Koepka’s net worth is further padded by several high-profile sponsorship and endorsement agreements including Srixon, Nike, Netjets Rolex, and Michelob Ultra.

These endorsements, though their dollar amounts are not individually confirmed, reportedly earn Koepka between $3 million and $4 million per year.

Business Ventures

Brooks Koepka and the tequila start-up Casa Azul joined forces, with the golfer reportedly buying into a stake in the company.

US star golfer Michelle Wie West and Kansas City Chiefs NFL star (and Taylor Swift’s boyfriend) Travis Kelce also are on the company list of investors.

Koepka also joined fellow golf star Graeme McDowell in the purchase of Givemefive, a now-4-year-old gelding racehorse.

Most recently, Givemefive finished fourth in the Grade 2 O’Driscoll’s Irish Whiskey Juvenile Hurdle at Fairyhouse in Ireland on Easter Monday, April 1, 2024.

Conclusion

Brooks Koepka was ranked only No. 31 in the official world rankings April 1, 2024, but is the fourth betting favorite to take this year’s Masters at Augusta, Ga., which begins April 11. Check out our Masters betting guide to find out the other betting favorites for this year’s tournament.

Brooks Koepka’s net worth stands to grow from its current number of between $60 million and $70 million in the coming years, given his obvious talent and his position with LIV Golf.
