Chevrolet has unveiled its expanded 2025 Blazer EV lineup, introducing a new front-wheel-drive (FWD) variant alongside existing rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) models.
This latest addition lowers the Blazer EV’s base price to $45,995, making it more affordable for EV buyers.
Chevrolet 2024 Blazer EV Performance Upgrades and Price Adjustments
The 2025 Blazer EV is available in a full range of trims, including the LT, RS, and SS, providing a variety of performance and customization options.
Notably, the Blazer EV RWD RS trim has an improved Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) range of 334 miles, up from 324 miles in the 2024 model, while the LT AWD achieves 283 miles, slightly higher than the previous year’s 279-mile range.

The 2025 models feature enhanced powertrains. The LT AWD now generates 300 horsepower and 355 lb-ft of torque, while the RS RWD delivers 365 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque.
Chevy has also slashed the base price of its high-performance SS AWD model by $4,000, bringing it to $61,995. This reduction makes the top-tier trim, which boasts 595 horsepower and 645 lb-ft of torque in Wide Open Watts mode, more accessible to performance enthusiasts.
The automaker now offers new package options for 2025. The LT AWD’s Comfort and Convenience package, priced at $2,295, includes wireless phone charging, heated seats, and more.
Meanwhile, the RS AWD’s Convenience and Driver package, at $2,620, bundles a head-up display and surround-view camera system.
These packages, once standard, are now optional, giving buyers more flexibility in configuring their vehicles.
In addition to these price reductions and addons, Chevy introduced an unconventional strategy to further boost sales.

According to a Techopedia report from May, the automaker offered a $4,000 discount to customers who switched from a rival electric vehicle, such as a Tesla, to the 2024 Blazer EV.
In response to consumer demand for affordable electric vehicles, Chevrolet’s entry-level price cuts align with recent trends in EV pricing.
While some features are optional, the price reductions make the 2025 Blazer EV lineup more competitive in the expanding EV market, positioning it as a strong contender in the mid-size crossover segment.
