Asphalt Legends Unite is getting its first esports competition thanks to a collaboration between Gameloft and Ferrari.
Gameloft partnered with the Italian automotive powerhouse Ferrari to create the first Asphalt Legends Unite eSports event, the Ferrari HP Esports Asphalt Series.
Asphalt Legends Unite is Gameloft’s latest racing game, where you’ll find over 250 cars, including more than 20 Ferraris.

Ferrari HP Esports Asphalt Series Roadmap
As the name suggests, you can only use Ferrari cars in the event. On top of that, you won’t be able to pick any Ferrari you want to race manually. The competition will have five time-limited qualifying events; you’ll get a particular Ferrari to race in each event:
- The first event, featuring the Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale, runs from August 15 to August 22.
- The second event, using the Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo, will occur from August 29 to September 4.
- The third event will happen from September 5 to September 11 with the Ferrari 599XX Evo.
- The fourth event, featuring the Ferrari FXX K, runs from September 12 to September 18.
- The fifth and final event will be between the two fastest racers from each qualifying event. It will take place at Ferrari Land in Barcelona, Spain, using the Ferrari 499P Modificata.
There’s no information available on whether Ferrari or Gameloft will cover travel expenses to Barcelona, Spain.
Ferrari HP Esports Asphalt Series Prizes
The Ferrari HP Esports Asphalt Series is offering a large amount of cash prizes. The organizers will award a total of €22,000 in cash, with the winner taking home €8,000, the runner-up receiving €4,000, and third place earning €2,400. The fourth-place finisher will get $1,600, while those placing fifth through eighth will receive €1,000.
In addition to cash, winners will receive merchandise from Ferrari and Asphalt. There are prizes for simply registering and playing in the competition.
