The Latest Updates of Nvidia’s Beta App

As the company states, the Nvidia App streamlines updates for GeForce drivers, provides quick access to services like GeForce Now, and allows users to adjust GPU settings and record gameplay. Future updates will include additional options like Surround options and multi-monitor setup.

The latest update introduces RTX HDR support for multiple monitors and G-Sync configuration, simplifying features previously exclusive to the Nvidia Control Panel. RTX HDR is an AI-driven filter that enables HDR visuals in non-HDR games, optimizing HDR-compatible monitors. It enhances thousands of SDR games across DX12, DX11, DX9, and Vulkan, despite only 12 of the top 50 GeForce games supporting HDR.

The update adds a customizable Heads Up Display for system stats, frame rates, and latency, with font color options to personalize the look.

The Graphics tab offers quick Optimal Settings and per-app driver options. The latest Nvidia app update enables persistent sorting, filtering, and removal of user-added programs.

Additionally, the Nvidia App now warns users when Digital Rights Management (DRM) blocks ShadowPlay recording. It also allows rolling back to previous drivers, accessible in the Drivers window after updating the app and future versions.

A new update is now available in-app and on the official Nvidia website.
