OnePlus Nord Buds 3 has been released as a stripped-down version of the Nord Buds 3 Pro that debuted two months ago.
The standard variant retains the same design and most of the specifications as the pro model. There are only a few differences between the two Nord Buds 3 duo with the key difference in the price point (Rs 2,299).
The OnePlus Nord Buds 3 has a semi-in-ear design with a stem and earbuds with silicone ear tips and users can perform various functions by tapping on the stem of the earbuds. The earphones have an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance.
In terms of audio, the OnePlus Nord Buds 3 is equipped with the same 12.4mm titanium driver that is found on the Buds 3 Pro. The TWS earphones come with BassWave enhancement algorithm and Master EQ for adjusting bass frequencies and allowing users to choose between three modes respectively. The audio device also supports 3D audio with compatible OnePlus phones. The earbuds feature 32dB active noise cancellation, which is downgraded from 49dB on the pro model. There is a transparency mode for letting users stay aware of surroundings. The Nord Buds 3 also packs dual microphones instead of three on the pro variant for clear quality on calls.
The OnePlus Nord Buds 3 comes in a pebble-shaped case that is powered by a 440mAh battery unit and claimed to offer a total of 43 hours of battery life. Each earbud is backed by a 58mAh cell that is said to deliver 12 and eight hours of usage with ANC enabled and disabled respectively. The TWS earphones support Bluetooth 5.4 along with Google Fast Pair and dual-device connectivity.
The OnePlus Nord Buds 3 is priced at Rs 2,299 and can be availed in Harmonic Grey and Melodic White colors. It will go on sale starting September 20 from the brand’s website, major e-commerce platforms and offline retailers.a
