OnePlus has confirmed the launch of the OnePlus Open Apex Edition in India and other global markets. The device will feature an all-new Crimson Shadow color profile and will pay homage to the iconic Hasselblad 503CW 60 Years Victor Red Edition. It is set to make its debut on August 7. The upcoming device is not expected to be a successor to last year’s foldable smartphone but rather a special edition with some enhancements.
What is new on the OnePlus Open Apex Edition?
The device will blend premium vegan leather with an enhanced design. The vegan leather back will feature a diamond-like pattern, complemented by vibrant orange accents on the Alert Slider. Additionally, the upcoming OnePlus Open Apex Edition is set to feature enhanced storage, AI image editing features, and new security features.
On the launch of the smartphone, Kinder Liu, president and COO of OnePlus commented: “Since its launch last year, the series has received widespread acclaim from users worldwide, disrupting the status quo and transforming the foldable experience.
