International Rollout
The Starlink Mini is already available in Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Panama, where it can be purchased with Mini Service or Mobile-Regional Service plans. These regions do not impose data or speed caps, although in-motion and ocean use are prohibited.
Future Expansion
SpaceX aims to make Starlink more affordable globally, especially in areas with limited or too expensive internet access.
Due to increased satellite network usage, the Starlink Mini will initially be offered at a higher price in high-demand regions like the US. SpaceX plans to expand the availability of the Starlink Mini to more markets in the future.
