One of the most important announcements is “Ghost of Yotei,” a sequel to the previous best-seller “Ghost of Tsushima.”

Ghost of Yōtei

“Ghost of Yōtei” is Sucker Punch’s first game developed exclusively for the PS5, offering enhanced graphics, animation, and object detail.

Set in 1603, 300 years after “Ghost of Tsushima,” the story introduces a new protagonist, Atsu, in the remote Yōtei Mountain region of Hokkaido. This area features vast landscapes, tundras, and dangers far from the organized samurai clans. The game promises breathtaking visuals like auroras and improved wind physics, new gameplay mechanics, firearms, and more. It’s expected to release in 2025.
