The Xiaomi 14 series is getting two new devices – the Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro. 

The newly introduced devices arrive as the successors to last year’s Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro. Notably, the Xiaomi 14T Pro is a slightly tweaked version of the Redmi K70 Ultra that launched in China in July this year. 

The Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro pack a 6.67in display that is co-developed with TCL. It offers a 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 4,000 nits peak brightness, and HDR10 support. There is an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The display is said to intelligently adjust the color temperature and brightness depending on the surroundings.

Design-wise, the Xiaomi 14T duo have a flat frame and a squarish camera island on the back panel. The phones are dust and water-resistant, thanks to the IP68 certification.

In the photography department, the Xiaomi 14T sports Leica-branded triple rear cameras. The setup on both comprises a 50MP (1/1.31in on the pro) main sensor paired with a 50MP telephoto unit and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The standard variant supports up to four focal lengths from 15mm to 100mm whereas the pro model takes it a bit further to 120mm. There are features like master portrait mode onboard, movie mode, and up to 8K recording at 30 fps. The Xiaomi 14T duo have a 32MP selfie snapper. 

Internally, the Xiaomi 14T is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra processor whereas the 14T Pro is equipped with a Dimensity 9300+ SoC. The standard model packs up to 12GB RAM and 512GB native storage whereas the pro variant maxes out at 16GB + 1TB. There is a 3D IceLoop system onboard for heat dissipation. The Xiaomi 14T duo are backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit with the standard model supporting 67W charging while the pro variant maxing out at 120W wired and also supporting 50W wireless charging. 

The Xiaomi 14T series runs on HyperOS-based Android 14 OS out of the box. The brand has collaborated with Google to bring Circle to Search to the new devices.  Both the standard and pro variants also come with the Gemini app and features like AI Interpreter, AI Subtitles, AI Recorder, and more. 

The Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro start at EUR 649 and EUR 799 for the base configurations. Both phones are offered in Titan Blue, Titan Gray, and Titan Black colors. The standard model also gets an additional Lemon Green shade with leather back panel.
