Starting as a customer service representative, he quickly grew into Business Analyst and Solutions Engineering roles. As a Business Analyst, he led agile project teams to create rail industry solutions, serving as a liaison between customers and dev teams. As a Solutions Engineer he honed his passion for understanding customer needs and requirements and developing tailored technical solutions to meet those needs.
